1. The service

BucketPic lets event hosts collect photos and videos from their guests through a shared gallery. By creating an event or uploading content you agree to these terms.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. By uploading to an event you grant the event host and BucketPic a limited licence to store, display, and let the host download that content for the purpose of running the event gallery. Don't upload anything unlawful, infringing, or that you don't have the right to share.

3. Host responsibilities

Hosts are the organiser of their event and act as the controller of guest content. Hosts must have a lawful basis to collect and display guest photos and must honour deletion requests.

4. Prohibited content

No illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, which is scanned for and reported as required by law. We may remove content and suspend accounts or devices that violate these terms.

5. Payments

Paid plans are billed per event (or by subscription for venue accounts) via our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Data retention

Event galleries are deleted automatically after the plan's hosting period. Rejected content is deleted within about 24 hours.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, BucketPic is not liable for lost content or indirect damages.
