For guests
Do I need to download an app?
No. You scan the QR code (or open the link) and upload straight from your phone's browser. Nothing to install, no account to create.
Do I have to sign up or give my details?
No sign-up. You can add your name so photos are labelled, but it's optional. We don't ask for an email or password.
Can I delete a photo I uploaded?
Yes. From the event page tap 'Delete my uploads' — you can remove anything you added from the same device.
Where do my photos go?
Into the event's shared gallery, visible to other guests and the host. The host can download them and may show them on a screen at the venue.
For hosts
How do I start an event?
Sign in, create an event, and you'll get a QR code and link to share. Print the QR on table cards or show it on a screen.
How do I put the gallery on a TV?
Open bucketpic.com/tv on any screen, then go to TV Display in your dashboard, enter the code shown, and pick the event. Choose a grid, mosaic or slideshow layout — and manage or disconnect screens from the same page.
Can I approve photos before they appear?
Yes. Turn on approval mode and new uploads wait in a review queue until you approve them. You can also hide anything already live and restore it within 24 hours.
How do I get all the photos afterwards?
Use 'Download all' to grab every approved photo and video in full resolution as a single zip.
How long is the gallery kept?
It depends on your plan's hosting period (from 90 days up to a year), after which the gallery is automatically deleted.
Privacy & safety
Is content moderated?
Uploads are scanned for illegal material and screened by automated moderation before appearing in a gallery. Guests can also report a photo, and hosts can hide it or block an uploader.
Do you use facial recognition?
No. We never use facial recognition.
What data do you store?
The photos/videos uploaded and an anonymous device token so guests can manage their own uploads. We strip GPS/EXIF metadata from photos before upload. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Billing
How much does it cost?
Hosts pay once per event — there's a free tier to try it, then paid tiers by event size. See the Pricing page. Guests never pay.
Do you offer plans for venues and frequent hosts?
Yes. BucketPic Pro plans: Personal ($29/mo, 3 events a month) for regular hosts, and Business ($149/mo, 12 events a month, up to 999 guests, standing TV screens) for bars, restaurants and venues. Chains and agencies can get a Custom plan with unlimited events, white-label branding and SSO. See the Use cases and Pricing pages.
